Job Description & Key Responsibilities
As a Manager at Balkaan Employments Service, you will play a vital role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, and maintaining exceptional hospitality standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining quality service and operational standards across all departments.
- Supervising restaurant cleanliness and ensuring compliance with regulatory sanitation and hygiene standards.
- Reporting any suspicious activities or persons to senior management.
- Responding promptly to customer feedback and resolving complaints effectively.
- Ensuring all staff are well-trained and knowledgeable about menu offerings, ingredients, and service guidelines.
- Overseeing the use of staff checklists to ensure accountability and consistency.
- Enforcing strict food safety, storage, and personal hygiene protocols.
- Interacting with guests to measure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Designing and implementing innovative marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Reducing operational costs while maximizing productivity and efficiency.
- Promoting effective team communication, collaboration, and high morale among all staff.
- Overseeing opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of 3 years’ managerial experience (preferably in the hospitality industry).
- Degree in a related field such as Business Management, Hospitality, or Hotel Administration.
- Proven Hotel Front Desk experience is essential.
- Possession of technical school training or relevant professional certifications is an advantage.
- Must be available to work weekends and occasional evening shifts.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve business goals.
