Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must reside within Lekki Phase 1, Oniru, Marwa, Elf Bus-stop, or Ikate Elegushi, as applicants living outside these areas will not be considered.
You will play a key role in managing sales operations, supervising order fulfillment officers, and supporting the Store Manager in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations that drive growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Order Processing: Manage customer orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, oversee replenishment, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Coordination & Communication: Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and delivery teams to optimize order fulfillment processes.
- Customer Service & Issue Resolution: Address fulfillment issues such as delays, damaged goods, or incorrect orders promptly and effectively.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like order accuracy, delivery timelines, and customer feedback.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain and enforce quality control standards to enhance efficiency and minimize errors.
- Data Reporting & Analysis: Generate and interpret reports to identify trends, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Effective problem-solving and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and sales software.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, logistics, warehousing, or customer service.
