Key Responsibilities
- Build hospital presence and drive demand generation for ethical pharmaceutical products.
- Detail and promote the company’s core products within assigned territories.
- Create brand awareness among medical experts and hospital personnel.
- Undergo industry-specific training courses and continuous coaching for up to 6 months.
- Upon satisfactory performance, candidates may be upgraded to the Medical Sales Representative role with improved benefits and responsibilities.

- B.Pharm or B.Sc. in Health/Biological Sciences or any related field.
- No previous experience required—however, a strong passion for sales, hospital promotion, and ethical demand generation is essential.
- Excellent intellectual, analytical, and communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset, ambition, strong integrity, and the ability to work independently.
- Entrepreneurial drive and self-motivation.
