Key Responsibilities
1. Virtual Assistance & Administrative Support
- Manage email inboxes, calendars, appointments, and scheduling.
- Conduct basic research, prepare documents, and organize digital files.
- Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to ensure smooth operational workflows.
2. Social Media Management
- Monitor engagement across all social media platforms and respond to comments/messages promptly.
- Grow online communities through strategic interaction and consistent branding.
- Track analytics, compile performance reports, and assist with content planning and campaign execution.
3. Data Entry & Database Management
- Accurately input, update, and maintain records in spreadsheets, CRMs, and internal databases.
- Perform data cleanup, validation, organization, and report generation.
- Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and timely completion of all assigned data tasks.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experienced in social media management, lead generation, and data entry.
- Proficient with Canva and other basic design applications.
- Ability to manage and grow multiple social media platforms effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
