Job Title: Executive Assistant to the

Overview; The Executive Assistant to the CEO is a high-trust role providing comprehensive, proactive support to the CEO across all aspects of day-to-day operations. This includes managing complex diaries and inboxes, coordinating meetings and travel, and providing confidential administrative support. The role also involves supporting the CEO on live events, requiring flexibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively at pace in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
– Provide high-level, confidential administrative support to the CEO, acting as a trusted gatekeeper and point of contact.
– Manage a complex and ever-changing diary, scheduling meetings, prioritizing requests, and ensuring effective time management.
– Oversee inbox management, drafting correspondence, filtering communications, and flagging urgent or sensitive matters.
– Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting materials, and follow-up actions.
– Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, itineraries, and logistics.
– Support the CEO during live events, including scheduling, coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders, and on-site assistance where required.
– Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
– Liaise with senior stakeholders, clients, suppliers, and partners on behalf of the CEO.
– Assist with preparation of presentations, reports, and briefing documents.
– Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively resolve issues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications/Requirements:
– Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role supporting a senior leader.
– Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
– Ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
– Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
– Flexibility to support live events, including occasional evenings, weekends, or travel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦400,000.00 – ₦500,000.00 per month
