Executive Assistant

ROLE SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly responsive, organized, and customer-focused Executive Assistant (EA) to support the CEO of a growing travel company. This role functions as the CEO’s external communication and operational coordination partner , handling urgent travel needs, managing client interactions, executing marketing activities, ensuring internal accountability, and maintaining visibility over all visa and ticketing operations. The EA will oversee wallet funding readiness, monitor credit card charges, maintain access to all debtor information, guide interns, manage the full client experience, and ensure customers are always attended to especially during urgent or after-hours situations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, learns quickly, communicates exceptionally well, and can bring structure, responsiveness, and clarity to both client-facing and internal operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Communication & CEO External Support

2. Fast-Track / Urgent Visa Application Execution

3. Urgent Flight Ticket Request Handling

4. After Hours and Weekend Support where necessary

5. Marketing Execution & Social Media Support

6. Sales and Client Experience Support

7. Administrative Support to the CEO

Qualifications/Requirements:

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

2. Strong customer service experience (travel industry is a plus).

3. Good understanding of Excel/Google Sheets (tracking, updates, organization).

4. Fast learning ability, especially with travel/visa processes.

5. Strong prioritization and time-management skills.

6. High responsiveness and reliability.
