We are seeking an organized and dependable individual for the Administrative Assistant role,  to support the smooth operation of our day-to-day business activities. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to management and staff, ensuring that workflows remain efficient and professional communication is maintained across departments.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the organization’s goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism
  • Maintain filing systems, both digital and physical
  • Track and order office supplies; liaise with vendors as needed
  • Assist in preparing meeting agendas, recording minutes, and distributing follow-ups
  • Support data entry, recordkeeping, and basic reporting functions
  • Provide general administrative assistance to executives and staff
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Less than a years of administrative or office experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Professional demeanor and high attention to detail
