Responsibilities:
● Exporting customer-provided data and developing clear, actionable frameworks for upselling strategies tailored to each client’s needs.
● Making upsell decisions based on data analysis and customer purchase behavior.
● Taking ownership of clients and responding to service requests
Qualifications/Requirements:
● Individuals that have previous experience in Shopify
● Individuals with strong analytical skills, especially in data analysis and mathematics. You should be comfortable working with quantitative data to drive insights and make informed decisions.
● An outgoing, social person with a blink in the eye and someone who takes ownership of her/his tasks at hand.
