Role Overview

Picadailys is seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Support Representative to deliver exceptional user support. This role requires engaging with customers across multiple channels, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring every user enjoys a seamless Picadailys experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to user inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
  • Assist customers with onboarding, app navigation, payments, and account-related issues.
  • Record and track customer feedback, issues, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to troubleshoot and escalate unresolved cases.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to deliver accurate and helpful support.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience.
  • Uphold Picadailys’ service standards with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Requirements

  • OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Business, Communications, or related fields preferred).
  • 1–3 years experience in customer support, preferably within fintech, tech, or lifestyle industries.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and customer relations ability.
  • Strong attention to detail, empathy, and patience when handling users.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, live chat platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and work with minimal supervision.
