The Role

We need someone obsessed with clean data. Your job is to make sure our customer data is accurate, consistent, and synced across all our tools. When someone pulls a report, the numbers should be right – every time.

Responsibilities:

• Audit customer data and fix duplicates, errors, and inconsistencies
• Reconcile data across tools (billing, CRM, app database, spreadsheets)
• Monitor integrations and fix sync issues before they become problems
• Build Zapier/Make workflows to automate data hygiene
• Set up validation rules and processes to prevent bad data from entering
• Standardize how the team enters and categorizes information
• Document data sources and what the “source of truth” is for each metric
• Create checklists and SOPs for data entry
• Flag discrepancies and investigate root causes

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Are extremely detail-oriented (you notice when something’s slightly off)
• Have experience cleaning and organizing large datasets
• Know your way around Zapier or Make
• Are comfortable in spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel – formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
• Can work independently and don’t need hand-holding
• Communicate clearly in English (written and verbal)
• Take ownership – you see a problem, you fix it

Benefits:

• Experience with Stripe or subscription billing platforms
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Experience with CRMs or SaaS products
• Have built automated data validation workflows
