We believe in ensuring pets receive the best care possible and are committed to making that vision a reality every day.

Fetch is a high-growth Warburg Pincus portfolio company with an expanding team of over 350 pet-loving employees working together to shape the future of pet health and wellness.

About the Industry

The pet insurance industry is more important than ever, offering peace of mind and financial protection for pet owners. The sector is expanding quickly, fueled by growing awareness of the need for accessible, high-quality veterinary care. With advances in veterinary medicine, pets now have access to the most effective treatments available, making pet insurance an essential component of modern pet care.

About The Role

Fetch is looking for a team member who can seamlessly bridge business and technical conversations to support our mission of helping pets live their healthiest and happiest lives. In this role, you’ll translate complex discussions into clean, actionable documentation that drives both business and system outcomes. You’ll collaborate with clients, leadership, and cross-functional partners to build alignment and deliver meaningful results. We’re seeking a strategic thinker who understands the operations and data-driven impacts of insurance processes and can use that insight to move initiatives forward. If you’re proactive, organized, and thrive in an agile environment managing priorities, you’ll be a great fit for our pack.

  • Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, and Policy Administration teams to align technology and business processes.
  • Analyze client data requirements, reporting structures, and compliance considerations to ensure business and regulatory needs are met.
  • Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and accurate interpretation of business requirements.
  • Facilitate communication and follow-up actions after client and internal meetings, driving accountability and completion of next steps.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies, data quality enhancements, and better alignment between business operations and system capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — able to confidently engage with business executives, clients, and technical staff.
